We got married at Harmony Meadows last week and it was magic. We went to view the venue last August in 2024, and Jacquelyn was on top of it since day 1 - even booking our room onsite to assess if this would be our venue. Since then, her response time and depth of info was a sure-fire win that made wedding planning that much easier. Venue: surreal - the space is perfect for a wedding of any size, versatility in set-up, and built in beauty. There was no need for rentals as they had a vendor list and onsite rentals, accommodations, there was nothing that was missed. Staff & Service: amazing, we felt like we were treated like royalty. We hear about wedding couples who never got their apps or didn't have dinner, they made sure we never went thirsty or hungry, and that our guests were taken care of. From rehearsal, to day of coordination, email correspondence where we lived 4 hours away, we couldn't ask for a more perfect wedding experience.

My son recently got married at Harmony Meadows. I can’t express enough how much we enjoyed the day! The venue is gorgeous! The staff is professional and easy to work with. Us, along with several of our guests stayed in the cottages for the weekend. Everyone loved how beautiful, clean and convenient they were. If you’re looking for an amazing place to get married, Harmony Meadows is your place!
Harmony Meadows made our wedding day PERFECT! Not only is the venue beautiful, but the staff took such good care of us. Jaquelyn & Cheyenne were always two steps ahead of me when it came to planning. I came to this place to celebrate my friends wedding. It was such a nice and wonderful place for social events and my quinceanera. Plenty of space for you to do the photo shoot the place to the ceremony they want.
Harmony Meadows was an amazing place to have our wedding! The venue made it feel like a destination wedding, but is only a short 3 hour drive from Seattle. We wanted a venue that allowed all of our guests to stay on the property for the full weekend, and we are so glad we chose Harmony Meadows. The accommodations were beautiful and felt very spacious + luxurious! All the details in each room felt so intentionally designed and chosen. Jacquelyn was wonderful to work with, and she truly went above and beyond in making sure we were prepared for every detail, even the things we hadn’t thought about! Her clear communication and thorough answers to all our questions made us feel at ease every step of the way. We also really appreciate how she handled the changes to our rehearsal and reception setups when the weather didn’t cooperate. She made the transition seamless and ensured everything still went smoothly, even when we had to move things indoors. We’re so grateful for Jacquelyn and the Harmony Meadows staff, and we felt so comfortable knowing they were on top of it all!
My wife and I and our friends (another couple) did the stay and play tennis weekend. The grounds are perfect. The rooms are very quiet, well appointed and relaxing (super comfy mattresses). The tennis lessons with Jose were challenging and very well executed. The service provided from Jeremy and Jacqueline were nothing short of superb. From the food provided to the service by all of the wonderful staff...Highly Recommended. If I could give more than 5 stars I would.
We got married at Harmony Meadows in September 2025 and can’t say enough good things! We rented all the on-site lodging for our wedding party and everyone gushed about how beautiful, comfortable, and thoughtfully appointed the rooms were- it feels luxurious yet welcoming. Having our best friends stay right on property made the whole weekend so special and easy, and the on-site coffee shop was a nice little perk. The venue itself is stunning- the landscaping is impeccable, with gorgeous hydrangeas, lavender, and such lush grass (they even cut the grass the day before to make sure the photos were perfect!). The flow of our event was seamless, from courtyard cocktail hour to the big open lawn for the ceremony, the second floor Love Suite at The Inn for signing our marriage license, to the spacious barn for the reception and lastly the outdoor dance floor. With 115 guests we had room to spare, and it all felt effortless. Most importantly, Jacquelyn and her team are exceptional- so attentive and unbelievably detail-oriented. Her great taste and thoughtful oversight made us feel completely at ease, on what can oftentimes be a very overwhelming day. Her insights on vendors were quite helpful and we assembled a fantastic team overall. Harmony Meadows isn’t just beautiful, it’s expertly run and a perfect spot for a wedding weekend!
